Question:
We recently remodeled our bedroom bathroom. Everything is new, including a stronger exhaust fan. We installed extra ducts, leading from the fans out through the roof. We also added baffles and extra insulation in the attic. But when the shower is used, water droplets appear on the ceiling.
What’s going on?
Answer:
There could be a few problems. I would guess that the fan is not moving air. Perhaps there is a bend or kink in the duct. Maybe there’s a stuck damper, at the fan (or roof) connector.
The bottom line: something is impeding the airflow.
